Free bilty (lorry receipt) and freight bill maker
Book a consignment in a minute: consignor, consignee, packages and weight, vehicle and e-way bill, freight paid or to pay, and the right GST line. Print the bilty in four copies, or print the same booking as a freight bill. No login, nothing sent to anyone.
How to make a bilty here
- Type your transport company once. Name, address, state, GSTIN and phone, under "Your transport company". They print at the top of every bilty.
- Fill the trip. From and to, vehicle number, driver. The LR number is suggested for you: LR/26-27/0001 onwards.
- Add consignor and consignee. Name, address, state, GSTIN and phone of the sender and the receiver. Saved parties come up as suggestions.
- Add the packages. Number of packages, packing (bags, boxes…), "said to contain", actual weight and charged weight. Add the goods invoice number, value and e-way bill number.
- Work out the freight. A fixed amount, or a rate per kg, per tonne or per package, plus loading, door delivery and other charges. Choose Paid, To pay or To be billed, and who pays.
- Pick the GST option. Reverse charge (the payer pays 5% GST to the government) is the usual case; forward charge 5% or 18% if you have opted for it. Then save and print four copies: consignor, consignee, driver and office.
What it does for you
- Bilty and freight bill: the same booking prints as a lorry receipt or as a freight bill.
- Four copies: consignor, consignee, driver and office copy, each on its own page with its label.
- Freight worked out: fixed, per kg, per tonne or per package on the charged weight, plus extra charges, advance and balance to pay.
- GST options for transporters: reverse charge line, or CGST/SGST or IGST at 5% or 18% under forward charge.
- E-way bill check: a warning when goods worth more than ₹50,000 have no e-way bill number.
- Counts in your books: freight shows as income from the payer in the free Nivesh Sahayak App, paid or still due.
